John Sagendorf, past president and current executive board member of Skål International Albany New York presents its annual $1500 Hospitality Scholarship to Vanessa Connally, a senior at Morrisville State College, during a luncheon at the Copper Turret restaurant, a College operated facility in Morrisville, NY.
Joining the presentation is Dr. Joan Johnson, CFE, professor in the Hospitality Technology Department at MSC. Vanessa, a senior in the Resort and Recreation Services program at Morrisville State College lives in Far Rockaway, NY. Vanessa remains very active in both off and on campus activities during her time at MSC, working at the Front Desk of Homewood Suites by Hilton in Syracuse, NY, serving as Vice President of Student Government, a Student Activities Assistant, Residence Assistant and many other activities. She is a Certified Meetings and Convention Planner.
Morrisville State College is a college of the State University of New York. It offers 22 bachelor degrees and a wide variety of associate degrees at two campuses in central New York, United States: Morrisville and Norwich.
